Interesting article Tobi. I wonder if you can dive into the aspect of Property Taxes and how this might change. Will land owners be paying their taxes to FN? How will governing bodies balance their budgets, which they already are unable to do, in cases where they are receiving less funding in the form property taxes? Will FNs be paying property tax to governing bodies?
